Connection Shifting Charge is 500.00 per incident which are not refundable.

Connection shifting is available in Gwalior city only and it depends on company network feasibility and availability.

If subscriber's new location is unfeasible with company network then subscriber is request to surrender their connection.

Maximum process time for connection shifting is 7 days after completing of all formalities.

It is compulsory to submit self attested address proof of new location where subscriber needs shifting in hard copy.
