Airway Broadband By PC Care Airway Infratel (P) Ltd., Gwalior-M.P. does not entertain refund of any amounts that may have been paid by the 'subscriber' or "Customer" , for an Annual / Semi Annual / Quarterly / Monthly. Only in case of non-feasibility of a new connection, refund is made by Pc Care Airway Infratel Private Limited. The time for a refund to be affected is 2-3 weeks. We provides service discounts in line with TRAI policy on the same, on a case to case basis, as needed. In case of Billing disputes, Pc Care Airway Infratel Private Limited. 'subscriber's are required to email their specific concerns to and the same will be addressed in 4-8 weeks, by way of a discount/ credit note passed in the account of the 'subscriber'.

If Subscriber deposit any security amount to the company at time of new connection against CPE (Customer Premises Equipment) then same will be refund under following guideline.

• 1. All dues bill should be clear from subscriber side.
• 2. All the CPE and other equipment should surrender to company by taking proper receipt. (In Good and Running condition)
• 3. Refund process will take 2-3 weeks.
• 4. Refund will made via online transfer/Chq./DD.
